Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)

For U.S. customers we offer: • Standard (economy): 4–8 business days (destination & carrier dependent) • Expedited: 3–5 business days International delivery varies by country and will be shown at checkout. Keep in mind this is transit time; processing adds 1–2 days.

We offer free U.S. standard shipping for a limited time (see site banner). Shipping costs for other methods or countries are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

All products ship from the United States. That means no import duties on your order. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required by state law.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days, email us at adam@dabuwawa.com and we’ll resend it.

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund depending on the outcome.

Returns & Exchanges

Most new items with tags can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must include proof of purchase.

Email adam@dabuwawa.com with your order number and reason, or log in to your account → Complete Orders → Return Item(s).

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Yes! We offer a free size exchange within 30 days as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. Start a return, choose “exchange,” and let us know the new size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed boho drape.

Sizing & Fit

Check the Size Guide on each product page (bust, waist and length are listed in cm and inches). Measure your body and compare. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Our pieces are designed to be forgiving and adjustable—many feature smocked bodices or ties. Stick to your usual U.S. size, but size up if you prefer a looser feel.

Email us at adam@dabuwawa.com with your measurements and the item you’re interested in; we’re happy to advise on fit within one business day.

Our core range runs S–XL. We’re working on expanding our size offerings—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Materials & Care

We use natural-fiber blends (cotton/linen/viscose) for breathability and comfort. Each product page lists the specific composition.

We prioritise natural fibres and work with responsible suppliers. Many pieces are made in small batches to reduce waste.

Natural fibres can fade over time. Wash like colours together and avoid prolonged sun exposure to keep your pieces looking fresh.

Payments & Taxes

We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and a variety of digital wallets.

Your card or wallet will be charged at checkout. For pre-orders or backorders, we charge when the order is placed.

Applicable sales tax for U.S. orders will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Duties and taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Discounts & Gift Cards

We occasionally offer site-wide promotions (e.g., the current 15% off pop-up coupon). Join our newsletter to be notified of future drops and sales.

Enter your code in the “Gift card or discount code” box at checkout and click Apply. Only one code can be used per order; discounts can’t be combined.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts. They’re delivered via email and never expire.

Account & Support

No—you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to view order history, track deliveries and start returns.
