<h2>Returns &amp; Refunds</h2>

<p><strong>Short version:</strong> You have <strong>90 days from delivery</strong> to return most new, unused, unworn items (with tags and original packaging) for a refund. If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover return shipping.</p>

<h3>Return eligibility</h3>

  <li>Return window: <strong>90 days from delivery</strong>.</li>
  <li>Condition: <strong>unused, unworn, unwashed</strong>, with all tags and original packaging.</li>
  <li>Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt).</li>
  <li>Please <strong>obtain approval</strong> before sending any return—unapproved parcels may be refused.</li>
</ul>

<h4>Region-specific rights</h4>
<ul>
  <li><strong>EU customers:</strong> If your order ships to an EU address, you also have the <strong>14-day cooling-off right</strong> to cancel/return for any reason. The same condition rules apply (unworn, tags, original packaging).</li>
  <li><strong>UK customers:</strong> Online orders are covered by the <strong>14-day cancellation period</strong>. Our 90-day policy runs alongside your statutory rights.</li>

<h3>How to start a return</h3>

    <br>For damages/incorrect items, email <a href="mailto:michael.liu@dabuwawa.com">michael.liu@dabuwawa.com</a> with photos.</li>
  <li>Or log in to your account → <em>Completed Orders</em> → click <strong>Return Item(s)</strong>.</li>
  <li>We’ll review and, if approved, send a <strong>prepaid return label</strong> and instructions. Please ship the parcel within <strong>14 days</strong> of approval.</li>

<h3>Return shipping &amp; costs</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Our fault (wrong item, damaged/defective):</strong> We cover return shipping. You’ll receive a prepaid label.</li>
  <li><strong>Change of mind / wrong size:</strong> You pay return shipping. We can still provide a label at our discounted rates and deduct the cost from your refund if you prefer.</li>
  <li><strong>Important for international returns:</strong> Always use our return label. If you self-ship and we are charged customs or brokerage on receipt, those amounts may be deducted from your refund.</li>

<h3>Refunds — timing &amp; method</h3>
<ul>
  <li>We aim to process refunds within <strong>7 days</strong> of the carrier <strong>scanning your return</strong>.</li>
  <li>Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit (allow up to <strong>15 business days</strong> after approval).</li>
  <li><strong>Original shipping fees</strong> are refunded only if we made an error or the product was defective.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Damages &amp; wrong items</h3>
<p>Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact <a href="mailto:michael.liu@dabuwawa.com">michael.liu@dabuwawa.com</a> immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or a prepaid return label.</p>

<h3>Exceptions / non-returnable items</h3>

  <li>Perishables (food, flowers, plants)</li>
  <li>Custom or personalized items</li>
  <li>Opened personal care/beauty products</li>
  <li>Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases</li>
  <li>Gift cards and items marked <strong>Final Sale</strong></li>

<p>If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please ask us first.</p>

<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>The fastest way to get the right item is to <strong>return</strong> your original and place a <strong>new order</strong>. We don’t automatically swap sizes; we process a refund as soon as your return is received and inspected.</p>

<h3>Shipping (general)</h3>
<ul>
  <li>We ship worldwide. Some products or destinations may have restrictions.</li>
  <li>Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address, item availability, and chosen shipping option.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Duties, taxes &amp; DDP</h3>
<ul>
  <li>We ship with <strong>DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)</strong> to major regions (UK/EU/US/CA) — <strong>no fees on delivery</strong>.</li>
  <li><strong>UK/EU:</strong> Prices include VAT. For returns, import duties/taxes paid to customs are generally <strong>not refundable</strong> unless required by law; if we made an error, we’ll make it right.</li>
  <li><strong>US/Canada:</strong> We prepay any applicable import duties/taxes on your behalf when required.</li>
